This Privacy Policy explains how AgriBlend Technologies LLC (“AgriBlend,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the NPK BlendForm™ mobile application and the NPK BlendForm website.
1. Information you enter into NPK BlendForm
NPK BlendForm may contain information that you choose to enter, including customer names, farm or field names, crop information, fertilizer products and analyses, product costs, blend records, ticket numbers, company information, pricing information, and user-selected logos or branding.
The current standard version of NPK BlendForm is designed as a local-first application. Information you enter into the app is generally stored on your device unless you choose to export, print, share, or back it up using features available on your device or in the app. AgriBlend does not require you to upload your blend, customer, farm, or pricing records to an AgriBlend cloud account to use the standard local-first version.
2. Backups, exports, printing, and sharing
If you create or share a backup, PDF, printed document, email attachment, or other export, that copy is controlled by you and by the service or recipient you choose to use. For example, files stored in iCloud, emailed through your mail provider, or shared through another service are subject to the privacy practices and terms of those third parties. You are responsible for protecting exported files and deciding what customer or business information to include.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
If you purchase or subscribe to NPK BlendForm through the Apple App Store or another app marketplace, payment processing and related account information are handled by that marketplace under its own privacy policy and terms. AgriBlend does not receive your full payment-card number from Apple or other app marketplaces.
4. Website information
When you visit our website, our hosting provider and standard web infrastructure may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security or server logs. This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and may retain the correspondence as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, maintain business records, or protect our legal rights.
5. How we use information
We may use information we receive to provide customer support, respond to inquiries, operate and improve NPK BlendForm and our website, maintain security, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights and safety of AgriBlend, our users, and others.
6. Sale of personal information and advertising
AgriBlend does not sell the customer, farm, blend, or pricing information that you enter into the local-first NPK BlendForm app. We do not use that app-entered information for third-party targeted advertising.
7. Service providers and legal disclosures
We may use service providers to operate our website, email, app distribution, support, security, or other business functions. These providers may process limited information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or abuse.
8. Data retention
Information stored locally in NPK BlendForm remains under the control of the user and the device, subject to the device operating system, backups, exports, and deletion actions. Information that we receive directly, such as support emails or website logs, may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business needs, or to meet legal obligations.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information we control. No electronic storage, transmission, device, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect device passcodes, Apple IDs or other accounts, backups, and exported documents.
10. Children
NPK BlendForm is a professional agricultural and business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through NPK BlendForm.
11. International users
NPK BlendForm may be made available in multiple countries. If you use the app or website outside the United States, information you choose to send directly to AgriBlend may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as NPK BlendForm develops or as legal, operational, or product requirements change. The “Last updated” date above will identify the current version posted on this page.
